That's right, Make the vote mandatory. And everyone must show some proof that they have a minimum of understanding of the issues exactly like a drivers test.<BR/><BR/>Pros and cons? <BR/><BR/>I've thought about them. I can point out why our form of government does not work and a mandatory vote would eliminate many, most of the problem. The problems it creates are manageable.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
